Whenever you don't, Australian law compels that you be detained and/or dispatched from Australia. Overstaying could likewise impact your ability to gain an additional Australian visa, including an ETA Visa, in the future. Wherever extraordinary conditions develop whilst you are in Australia on an ETA Visa that necessitate you to stay longer than 3 months, you must get another visa prior to the end of the 3 month period.

Short Validity Business ETA Visa

·  You must be outside Australia to apply for an ETA Visa.

·  Your visit to Australia is for:

·  Business meetings, or

·  A convention or conference.

·  You'll not work in Australia.

·  You'll not stay in Australia for more than 3 months.

·  You're in good health (including free from tuberculosis).

·  You have zero criminal convictions.

·  You use the ETA Visa within 12 months, or before the expiration date of your current passport (whichever is sooner).
