1. About these terms

visas.com.au is operated by BLCL Pty Ltd (ABN 36 648 729 408) of 42 Bonds Street, Peakhurst NSW 2210, Australia. References to visas.com.au, the Platform, we, us or our are references to BLCL Pty Ltd unless the context requires otherwise.

These Terms govern access to and use of the public areas of visas.com.au. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you create an account, post an enquiry, register as a professional or buy a subscription, additional terms also apply.

02

2. Nature of the Platform

visas.com.au is an online marketplace and technology platform. It is not a migration agent, law practice, insurer, insurance broker or government body. The Platform helps clients connect with independently practising registered migration agents and Australian legal practitioners holding a current practising certificate, and may facilitate introductions to participating travel, visitor health and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) insurers.

Information on the website is general information only and is not immigration, legal, financial, taxation, insurance or other professional advice.

03

3. Eligibility and lawful use

You must use the website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, or use the Platform for fraud, harassment or unlawful conduct.

04

4. Professional listings

We verify stated professional credentials before approving a professional profile. Verification confirms the registration or practising status checked at the relevant time; it is not an endorsement, guarantee of competence, or guarantee of any outcome.

06

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, website content, branding, software, layout and materials are owned by or licensed to BLCL Pty Ltd. You may view and use them for personal or internal business purposes, but must not reproduce, commercialise or create derivative works without permission.

07

7. Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, suspend or change the website. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Material changes to these Terms will be published with an updated effective date.

08

8. Liability and consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, we are not liable for decisions made solely in reliance on general website information, professional services supplied independently by a professional, or third-party insurance products.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant Platform service or paying the reasonable cost of resupply.

09

9. Privacy

Personal information is handled under the visas.com.au Privacy Policy. Separate, express consent may be requested before information is shared with insurers for quotation or product purposes.

10

10. Governing law and contact
